Use this form to cancel or modify your booking (cancellation fees will apply).
Members can post new bookings directly to the EVENT SCHEDULE. But you will not be able to cancel or modify the booking on your own. FWR will make the change for you based on the information we receive on this form. FWR removes/modifies the schedule when time permits, but the amount you pay in cancellation fees is based on the date and time you submit this form. So we recommend you send in the form without delay.
To cancel your booking: simply submit this form and you are done.
To modify your booking: In this situation, you are permitted to make a booking that overlaps another - provided it is your own booking that you overlap (i.e. the booking you just cancelled, and now pending removal by FWR). FWR removes your old booking when time permits.
