Willamette Valley Pinot Noir Tasting (Session 1: Sit-Down) - Insider Wine

Certified Sommelier Alex Abbott Boyd of Insider Wine will host a wine tasting featuring wines from top Willamette Valley producers that span different AVAs and vintages. The focus will be on Pinot Noir and discovering how the terroir differences between subregions of the Willamette Valley express themselves through the grape. AVAs featured will include Ribbon Ridge, Chehalem Mountains, and Yamhill-Carlton and vintages tasted will go as far back as 2015, allowing tasters the chance to try mature Oregon pinot alongside newer releases. Alongside the pinot noir, the event will also showcase the Willamette Valley's ability to produce incredible white wines. Alongside the pinot noir, the tasting will feature an electric single-vineyard dry Riesling and an amphora-aged "Orange" Pinot Gris.
